So many women tell me how they're grateful for so much in their lives - how they have so many blessings to count - and yet, if they're really honest - something is missing. They don't feel like they want to feel most of the time. They just want to feel better. And I get it. Today we're talking about what many of us are missing in this mission to feel better and one of the most powerful first steps we can take in changing that.
