Sleep has been called our superpower. And for busy moms who are
working and building businesses and doing ALL the things while
raising kids, it can easily become something we minimize in the
name of productivity and putting the needs of the humans we’re
taking care of first. Do you sleep well? Do you feel refreshed and
recharged when you wake up in the morning, or sluggish and grumpy?
Do you have a hard time getting to sleep? Staying asleep? Do you
stay up late getting things done when the rest of your house is
sleeping and end up sacrificing your rest because of it?
In this episode, we’re talking about sleep because the research
showing the toll that not getting quality sleep takes on our minds
and bodies is staggering. It needs our attention. Today, we're
talking about why we need it, how it works and how we can get more
