I heard somewhere recently that on any given day, the average adult makes about 35,000 decisions. Does that make you feel tired? Yeah, me too. Some decisions we make without much thought at all, while some weigh on us like a heavy burden we don't want to carry. It's the discomfort of decisions, of making the commitment, of DOING, that makes us so uncomfortable. And yet, decisions are a part of life. Part of adulting. In this episode, we're talking all about making decisions: why we don't want to be decisive, how we can get better at it, and what happens when we do.
