Two common and powerful words are likely stealing
joy and possibility from your days simply because you believe them.
The words? Not enough. These words show up in three different types
of beliefs that can cause us unnecessary pain and suffering. In
this episode we’re talking about these three beliefs and what they
create in our lives when left unmanaged: the belief that we’re not
enough, the belief that we’re not doing enough, and the belief that
we don’t have enough. Let’s dive in to understand why thoughts like
these come so easily to us, why they’re problematic and the
questions we can ask ourselves when we notice our brain offering us
“not enough” thoughts.
